Wylarah
Product Tracing App
In 2021, AACo partnered with Laava to trial an app allowing customers to trace Wylarah beef products and verify authenticity, tracking data from the cattle’s life through
to delivery.
I was responsible for designing the app’s UX/UI and visual branding, ensuring the interface clearly communicated product traceability within Laava’s technical constraints.
I developed and refined the design through extensive prototyping, collaborating with marketing, operations, and Laava. I adapted layouts and visuals from existing photography and brand assets, providing detailed design guidance and deliverables for the developers.
The design concept produced a user-friendly, visually aligned interface ready for implementation, demonstrating a clear approach to product traceability.

Cammeray Square
Website Design
Our agency was engaged by JLL to refresh the Cammeray Square website, repositioning the centre as a connected retail community rather than simply a list of stores. The site needed to reflect its role as a local meeting place for residents in Cammeray and surrounding suburbs.
My role was to evolve an initial concept into a considered website structure and interface that showcased the centre’s brand, photography, and tenancy profiles, while meeting tight budget and timeline constraints.
I designed the website’s information architecture and user interface, building on the existing concept to strengthen brand presence and community focus. I prepared all design assets for development, including resized and cropped photography supplied in developer-ready formats. I also designed a custom illustrated centre directory, created specifically for the website to improve wayfinding and clarity for visitors.
The website launched in 2021 and remains live today in its original designed form. The positive client response and continued use highlights the longevity and effectiveness of the design in supporting Cammeray Square’s community-focused positioning.

Social media design and curation
While at The Creative Nursery agency, I played a pivotal role in the strategic design and layout of social media campaigns for Midcity and The Barracks Shopping Centres. Collaborating closely with the account manager, I spearheaded the designs initially scheduled every quarter with periodic adjustments for unforeseen events and promotions.
In this capacity, I ensured a cohesive visual aesthetic by curating imagery primarily from retailers. These visuals were thoughtfully arranged to create a cohesive narrative, both individually and across the overall grid. The campaign posts that were interwoven throughout the schedule seamlessly extended to other campaign collateral, including digital posters for in-centre promotions, the center's website, and its Facebook accounts.
Through these efforts, I consistently maintained a balance between engaging storytelling on social media platforms and ensuring brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints.

Other digital design experience
Email marketing
Throughout my career, I have been involved with email marketing design at varying levels. Most of the time, the person requesting artwork only requires email banners or images created to spec for the digital space.
The examples shown above are when an email requires a bespoke design. Some coding was customised within Mailchimp or equivalent email software CMS to ensure the design renders as intended.
User experience student project
In 2019 I had the pleasure of completing a short course in User Experience Design at Academy Xi. In this course, I learned and practiced UX tools and techniques on a personal project, which I have since applied in various aspects of my design work.
My project can be found here.
