Professional Planner Magazine

I was hired to design and layout the Professional Planner issues February, March and May 2020 before the company decided to put their printed issues on hold indefinitely. Each 32-page issue is aimed at people in the financial planning and wealth management industry.

Each story’s imagery if not provided with the copy is curated from stock imagery and adapted so it fits within the story’s main ideas. The illustrations are often tweaked and built upon to strengthen its meaning and connection with the story. The connections of the imagery and story were often symbolic, had to fit within the tone of voice of the magazine and featured in different ways across multiple spreads.
